Water Fitness I
This is a Multi Level Cardio Class that is easy on the joints and body. Recommended for all ages that are looking for a strong intense workout and still feel refreshed afterwards. Class will include cardio and resistance movements to the front and back of the body for strength, endurance and flexibility as well as relaxation. Equipment furnished such as noodles, water weights.

Warm Water Movement
This class is focused on slow and gentle movements in water heated to 88-90 degrees.
A great class for all ages that may be challenged with limited mobility and range of motion in addition to joint and pain from arthritis. It consists of strength and flexibility activity to upper and lower body with emphasis on breathing, coordination and balance. Equipment such as noodles and water weights will be furnished.
